Payment Methods accepted: Cash, checks, credit, and debit cards. Payment plans are available.
Discounts available: cash discount 5%; college students, Sr. citizens, and Missionaries 10%. We have an in office discount plan for patients without insurance.

Insurance: We accept most dental insurances. We are a Preferred Provider for: Deseret Mutual (DMBA); all Delta Dental plans; all Dental Select Plans; Educator’s Mutual (EMIA); Humana Dental; State of Utah Medicaid and PCN.
